Wow, so much has happened since March!
In the end of June I took a trip with a team from my church, Bridge Community Church, to Gabon through E4 Project Inc. where we delivered 100 nets to villages there through Mobile Medical Clinics run by the Gabonese. That was an incredible experience, but only the beginning!
In early August, E4 Project adopted Project Sunset officially as one of their non-profit Programs and so now we have all of the legal status needed to raise money as efficiently as possible!
Since our "adoption" things with Project Sunset have exploded! We now have a website page at www.e4project.org/programs/project-sunset/ where people can directly buy t-shirts or donate money for nets. As of this moment we have people with shirts in 11 different states and in Colombia, but I'm sure that will change soon, because we're always growing!
God never ceases to amaze me and I firmly believe He enjoys surprising me because He does it ALL THE TIME! It's crazy and so exciting to think that less than a year ago this was a Project being run out of a small dorm room, and now we have supporters around the country.
In the first 5 weeks that Project Sunset was partnered with E4 Project Inc. over $1200 was raised, which was more than what was raised in the prior 10 months. Now there are a total of 200 nets distributed on the ground in Gabon since June and more are always being distributed!
I am so excited to be part of something clearly being led by God! Stay tuned for more excitement!
